Yes. I feel stagnant sometimes. I haven't rented any new land in 5-6 years. And I can't seem to build up enough equity to even think about buying some of this overpriced land. We get along ok financially, but would sure like just a little more sometimes. Not greedy, but things like a bigger home as the family gets bigger, etc.
