Laramie is a 25 mile (35-40 minute) drive from the unload areas. If you want to stay in town and drive up, we've had really good luck at the Days Inn. They have room for parking trailers on what I believe would be the south side of the hotel. Good nightlife in Laramie if you're up for it. Have had a blast at the Buckhorn especially.

If you want to stay right up on the hill, I would recommend Albany Lodge. I've never stayed there, but we've stopped and had a beer and dinner there and unloaded there a fair bit and depending on what kind of group goes next time I wouldn't mind staying there. I would take gas and cans you can carry on your sleds though as it is on the south side of the riding areas and you can burn quite a big of gas on the trail if you end up clear up north.

Snowy Mountain Lodge is a DEFINITE place to avoid.
