Today in Iowa, the Statehouse began this year's session....and the governor gave the condition of the State address.  It was a yawner, but this year, as in the past several years....my wife, who is a certified Sign Language Interpreter, did the signing of the speech.

It was covered by the public TV network and she is seen several times during the presentation.  You can see the streaming video here:
