When you said pressure checked......is it by chance a Lennox Pulse ? Are you the original owner ? If so they are warrentied for liftime to the original owner. Lennox makes a very nice deal on that warranty. Two stages are nice though.
Wanna have fun...try thawing a pipe in a flue on a roof sometime verses kicking out a snowdrift. Yes it does happen.
