Northwest Iowa | Mom died in 2000 from pancreatic cancer. I really miss her Chocolate chip cookies and her pinnapple drop cookies. She was a great cook especially during the hollidays. She always made dinner for Dad and me, since my wife worked at a bank in another town and she could not be around at noontime. If we were at our farm that was aways away she would always bring it to us, even after Dad was gone she would still bring me dinner. Fortunately I married a gal that is probably as good of a cook as Mom was, but there was still something about a Mothers touch that can never be equalled. Thanks for the memorys. | |
