High Springs, Florida
It all depends on what you are used to. Spent 48 years in the snowbelt in NE Ohio. Moved to Florida 6 years ago. It gets into the mid 90's here in the summer, and we keep the A/C set at 78. So when winter comes the t-stat goes down to 70 on the heat pump. That feels cold. Jumping into a freshwater spring down here at 72 feels cold. I can still do a T-Shirt in the 50's though not for very long.

A lot of folks come down here from up north in the summer and ask how we can handle the heat. My SIL complained it was too hot when we went to Disney and it was 82.
