I have not heard anything about it and I live in Ky.  Of course, I don't pay much attention to the news anymore.  It is cold and we have a little snow but it is nothing near as bad as I have seen before.  Last year we had the ice storm and the weather now is nothing in comparison to it.  

There might be some area's of the state in worse shape than where I live.  Lot of difference in the terrain as you travel from eastern Ky to western Ky.
