SW MN | With today's resources you can build a confinement for hogs it will last 20-25 yrs with normal repairs and care. Most I bet will last longer. IF you build it and walk away you will will have major repairs and won't last 10 years before a major remodel. Considering it takes on average 10 years to pay for one that gives you 10-15 years with a nice side income. Plus in most cases you are building equity while your making payments. I still use facilities that are 35 plus years old and they turn out a great ROI. Ryan | |
