| It has paid really well the last few years, but it has really been an equity drain for the last year or so. You're probably best to stay out of it if your greatest ambition is to go out and stroll around wondering why everyone is working while you are driving around watching them or you could go to texas and sit around and talk big with the rest of the blowhards there in the retirement community.
