We went from a Deere 8960 to a STX 440 a few years back. We had a few years of wet weather so we added triples to the Deere. Really floated well in our heavy soil but got tire of the constant tire leaks. Couldn't afford 12 new radials so we made the switch to tracks. We like the traction and flotation of the quad without the width of triples.
