We have sold sweet corn that way for years. We have lost some money a couple of times but with the help of cameras we caught two of the thieves. 

I can’t pay someone for what I have lost. Most people are honest, I have had IOU’s that have been paid. We had one lady whose picture we shared with the local police and they shared with a neighboring town who said she just got out of prison. 

The strange thing is I don’t think anyone has stolen just corn.
