Do the fan motor hoses run into another block anywhere or straight back to the van fan motor? If they run back to the fan motor, I'd be tempted to take the return hose tip off, and see if there actually oil going through the system. I have seen new hose tips bad out of the box. Happened on a sunflower soil finisher years ago. If your running the flow valve wide open and controlling it with the tractor flow control I'd probably take the flow control valve off too to eliminate that possible problem too. Dumb question but your remote flow is set for continuous operation right? As mentioned above it technically isn't hooked up to the zero return port, but it should still run the way you have it hooked up now. Is it plumbed I to the motor correctly? They're should be a arrow dictating oil flow through the motor, somewhere on the motor, it looks correct in your picture but just something to verify. Have you tried it in another scv?
