I and many others payed the higher interest rates in the late 70s-80-90s and survived, and an important lesson was learned at a young age, don’t over extend on borrowing money.I don’t understand what all the crying is about with current interest rates, there really not that high.
Current inflated price + moderately higher interest rates=tough sledding.
It won't take nearly the interest rates of the 70s to equate to similar pain. |
