Iowa | So the other piece that plays into boomers retiring is deflation. You no longer have as many people chasing the house, car, land. I forget who, but one of the major economists was saying that’s basically what happened to Japan - they got old, and basically got very conservative so things devalued.
Even looks at us farm land- is there enough capital in the 20-45 year olds to buy out the 75+? Not even close. Now will the corporate investors have enough?? Very possible.
