SW MN | I agree with blackfarmer2. I lost my wife in 2018 we were high school sweethearts. I was like you it can hit you at anytime when you see something that triggers a memory.ITS OK! The more you talk about it the easier it will get. Hospice counselors told me to tell the story about your wife to the people that ask or talk to you. At first for me I could not get through it with out breaking down. It gets better! Not easy but it will with time. | |
