My wife and I are currently attending this class at our church after the loss of our 37 year old daughter (10-2022). We have found it very helpful. We are all in the same boat, some have lost children , some spouses, some siblings or parents, We discuss some tough subjects and sometimes someone isn’t able to share at that time how they are handling it. It’s okay. No judgement just lots of support.  Glad we are addressing our grief and learning how to process it.
