NC Iowa | a 13 session put on by many churches. a video followed by group discussion. looking for information on opinions of the program, how helpful it was, weather it comfortable either participating, on uncomfortable not participating.
also, is it mostly a female group, as i suspect it is? women tend to be more verbal, and more inclined to share. men are trained to suck it up, and move on.
i have never participated in any kind of group discussion like this. i would guess the group kind of bonds over a common experience, and that is the therapeutic effect of the program.
interested in any insight on this.
