Some years ago we got a card addressed to Wayne and Susan, no last name. It got to the right place. I don't remember if the RR# was on it, but the town was. I guess that's what happens in a small community.
I try to keep the snow away from our mailbox, but I have seen the carrier sprinkle sand or gravel there when it was icy.
Got to hand it to our mail service.
