There’s a saying here in California that fire burns where fire burns, meaning that if it has burned there before there’s a good chance it will burn there again, as fires are terrain and weather driven.

Tornadoes are similar. If you are fortunate enough to live where there’s a confluence of factors that contribute to the formation of tornadoes you will see them more than we do.
