We're between $52-55/ton delivered and spread here. $37/ton for damp dumped off and then we have to spread. About 2 hr. east of you.
Lime is no joke anymore, but extremely necessary.

What is your base saturation saying on your soil tests? Are you sure you need lime? I hope yer not just going by pH. Have you gotten a water soluble extraction test? What is that showing? And if you do not have that test, you should not be buying any lime, or fertilizer. If you don’t know what is getting available, why do you farm? You maybe should go buy a truck and haul it to guys who have no clue as to what is happening in their dirt. Yes dirt. Until producers understand how the soil food web works, I will always call their farms dirt. Not trashing anyone here. Just learn to NOT BUY THINGS YOU DON’T NEED.
