As you can see location is important. Here quarry is maybe 15 miles max from any of my customers fields. Lime and trucking cost is usually right at 12.00 a ton. You pay both together, so I can’t give you the exact breakdown between trucking rate and actual lime cost. Lime is average. Nothing bad, just not super either. I don’t own a truck or haul, just do the application and setup the delivery.
