Subject: Berkshire Pork

central Ia
Raised hogs for about 14 yrs back from 81 to 95, farrowed to finished, used Hamp, Chester or Duroc boars on mostly York-Hamp cross, always thought it was good meat but it was home raised and butchered, now getting most from grocery store, did try some Iowa Chops from the local butcher tonight, they were really good and cut thicker. Now the big question is the Berkshire pork that much better for the price they are charging?
