We run a Summers Super Coulter for doing what your talking about. We hit the bean stubble once in the spring and plant. Also use it in the fall ahead of a chisel plow in corn stalks, seems to cut up the stalks and loosen the top 2-3 inches. Helps the chisel plow pull easier and covers the stalks better. Should be able to pull a 25' with your hp 8-9 mph. Ours has a 3 bar harrow and rolling basket.
