If you want to fix it right, you replace the shank.
If you want to fix it less than right, there's a pretty broad spectrum of options.
Quickest and easiest is to bolt an inner scraper on there, and a little welding on the bottom. At next replacement interval, it will need welds cut off, but that's just an extra 5 minutes of elbow grease.
