The one in the bottom picture if you can get the bolt out I would probably just run with loctite on the new bolt. I have done it before and it was ok as long as you replace that scraper every year from now on. When ours was new the dealer put it together in their shop. When I took it apart after the first season I found that almost all of the bolts holding those scrapers had come loose or were gone. I use loctite on them now and it took some damage as a result of that first season similar to what your showing.
