Here we have a very poor probate system.Lots of weak minds.Friend had this happen as the one sibling was dragging her feet to slow the sale.2 years or so in one sibling went to court,judge said long enough,,must sell to first reasonable offer.Bamm.It sold in a week.A bit less than desired but gone.They did give him 3 months to get his farm equip /etc out of the barns.
