In any case, any of the three can try to force the sale, and will probably get a lawyer to take the case on contingency, that will coincidentally take long enough to settle to take about 3/4 of that heir's share. So the simple solution is to agree to a price and one get a mortgage for the remainder, or sell it and take what they get, if they can agree. | |
