Thanks for all the replies. I think there are many ways to skin the cat and probably not a wrong way. I just think that a value needs to be put on the operating and maintenance of equipment and facilities back figured into your break even. Every business has overhead/operational costs that affect the bottom line. I appreciate the input. Have a great Passion Sunday
