IF you charge yourself then set up an investment account and deposit monthly as your pork producer pays you. If not it’s all theoretical and as margins change so will your payments or your working on gross dollars, the Garvo approach. Nothing wrong with that, as long as you and if lender understand the gross dollar approach your good.
