| I’ve been on Warfarin for over 20 years and have found it works for me. I’m not promoting warfarin in your situation.
I would suggest that you tell your Dr you want to try splitting your medication in half with a pill splitter and take it 4x a day in a trial. Determine if it reduces the unpleasant sides effect you are experiencing. You’ll still be getting the same prescribed dosage every 24 hours.( If you’re like me you’ll need to use a pill minder.) If your results are positive you could then work out a dosing schedule that works for you. Good luck.
