Milford, IL | Read someplace that the Rivian battery has slightly more than 150 miles of range, but Amazon requested the vehicles be set for 150 (battery longevity??) Maybe to provide some cushion that can be remotely overridden by a 'manager' if the driver makes a series of wrong turns?
I am familiar with the FedEX and UPS routes in the area and know for certain that 150 mile range for the delivery vehicle would mean recharging mid route, but we are pretty rural and a fair distance from the hub. | |
