s.e. Pa | What area of North Carolina are you going to? We went to Emerald Isle last year for the first time and really enjoyed it. My brother in law and I went on a fishing trip one day which was alright but not spectacular. One of the best things we did was go to sand dollar island. You go out on kind of like a water taxi and they leave you on a sand bar for a couple hours. Very calm, clear, water that is shallow. Fun for the kids to swim around and find sand dollars and look at small fish and stuff swimming. There are also nature tours that looked fun but we didn’t do. Can also see the wild horses. We’re not going back this year, but probably will next year. We’re more used to New Jersey and Delaware beaches, these were much much less crowded. | |
