SW WI | I’ll be the odd guy out. I enjoy my livestock. Nothing more satisfying to me than a fresh bedded group of cattle. Maybe freshly pen cleaned out and then bedded. Also when I’ve got a load of steers sorted out, in my holding area just waiting for the semi to show up. I just look at them and have a sense of satisfaction.
And for my wife….calving season for our small beef herd. Pulling a couple, worrying about the weather….but when spring hits and calves are running around….it’s heaven, to her.
