Southeast WI | 3.5" here the past week and we are saturated. Have had good sub soil moisture since intermittent rains replenished subsoil late fall/early winter. Rains aren't far from you however most of the state is in varying levels of drought. Typically SE WI gets missed on all these types of rains till the big bathtub to the east warms up. This is where spring storms go to die out most years. | |
