Easy to think that way with all the anti AG B.S. these days.

Could be mechanical failure, just think of the poor parts and the lessening quailty of tradesmen on average.

More likely its a case of bad employees. Good help is hard to find, and everyone here is well aware of how just plain stupid a lot of people are. Then add in a big dose of not giving a hoot and in a hurry to start the weekend. Sadly the person responsible will likely not face appropriate punishment and the industry as a whole will suffer.
Stupidity like this is the reason England is so over-regulated. Enough nonsense happens here we'll be in the same boat.

Would be nice if they could prove sabotage, but if it was we'll likely never know for sure.

Good luck building any fertilizer storage facility with 1000' of a river now with out it being totally sealed.
