I think this is most likely. By who? Could be China, a disgruntled employee, activist, government, someone with an agenda, or other. For that amount to spill, someone had to know what they were doing. We probably won’t hear what actually happened because the current headline is newsworthy, it’ll just be ammunition against farmers.
