Central IL		This is the subsection of the law that covers OHVs.
625 ILCS 5/11-1426.1

Must have a valid license to operate on highway and they are limited to roads of speed limits of 35 or less. I see no exemption for farm use.

Having a sprayer in the back could help to reclassify it as an implement of husbandry and open it up to a whole lot more grey area in the law.
