Texas | Seems like at auction big tractors don’t bring much once they are not good enough for the guys they are intended for. I’ve seen some of the high horse cat tractors and articulating tractors go insanely cheap. Normal size guys get scared of repair costs and bid accordingly.
I watched a cat sell at auction last fall that a friend of mine said was almost 600HP. Looks pretty good, but high hours and rough interior. It brought 30 something thousand. Lots of big articulating tractors from the 90’s and earlier won’t bring 20k and most of them are very easy to work on compared to something made the last 10 years. | |
