My 300T has electric over hydraulic controls, it is a 2018 model. Did they change something in the newer ones to cause this?
Mine starts well and will do anything you want in a few minutes at most even in very cold weather. It is always a good idea to let a diesel engine warm up at least a bit in cold weather but not to the extent you mention. Is Yes Equipment your dealer?
