i personally rarely drive it. my dad operates it. when i operate it, i normally turn up the hand dial for rpms. i think the issue is related to hydraulic oil temp. the machine runs at a snails pace until its warm enough and you cant turn and go forward at the same time. its literally crawl ahead. then turn... then crawl ahead, then turn.
