WC Wisconsin | We had a 2023 jcb. Exact same issue. Our controls were hydraulic over hydraulic. Tiny hydraulic lines to the joystick on the control circuit with cold oil. My understanding is all the new machines are electric over hydraulic which was supposed to eliminate poor steering in the cold. Only advice i have is to fab a short loop of hydraulic line and plug each end into aux hydraulics and turn them on and let it pump.
Some replies are confusing engine temp and hydraulic temp engine block heater won't do anything.
