Freeland Michigan | 8 on 6 off 10 hour shift for the last 8 years, change shift every three months. First week can be rough but it's a lot easier than the 2-2-3 12 hour shift rotation at the chemical plant I did for 12 years. That was switching shifts every two weeks unless someone was on vacation, sick, moved jobs, or quit and then it would turn into 16 on and 2 off real quick. A lot of money to be made in ot, but at the expense of yourself. | |
