$100-125 per sq ft to build a new shop. Then you will spend $4000 a year in insure it. How much to heat it per year. How about electricity? Pay yourself or maybe a employee to work. There’s a lot more costs that a guy doesn’t think about. You start adding all the costs up and then be fair to yourself and ask yourself what would you charge per hour to work on something.
