It depends on the area,soil types,land value,land location,solar operation type and so on.You can sell put all your dollars in the stock market,,,I am sure thats 100% sure deal(not),,,I will guarantee many on here whom dun those who have solar leased have dollars blowing in the breeze in the old stock market,,or even worse ,,they are thinking gold certificates and such are secure...the day it all goes down they have sold 10 x the amount of gold certificates as there is gold.Im sure the certificate sellers will bring it by,,,There are risks in many ventures but diversity is important.The important thing with solar is the lease aspect but with a semi sure cash flow on a piece of land,,it would be easy here to see way more value than open poorer quality land. all IMO.Just like there is more value in an apartment rented than an apartment empty,,but all the local jobs could go bye bye and no tenants...
