My concern is what happens when you have to remove it, company no longer in business and dealing with material that may be hard to get rid off.
Short term gain could turn into long term pain. Afraid some are just looking a few users down the road and not giving much thought to the long term implications.
Brings to mind the saying "If it sounds too good to be true it probably is". Lots of promises mage by the solar companies about end of contract restoration which most likely won't happen.
