West Central IA		Our government is always the first to blame Russia for everything. The citizens of the US don't need a scapegoat, we need answers to the issues and problems we face on a daily basis. we are one carrington event away from total disaster in the US and it does not have to be Russia caused. In the 1860's there was one and it damaged the telegraph system in this country. Russia had no hand in that event, it was the sun. If it could happen then, it can happen now. Anything that has a computer chip in it will be toast unless it is in a Faraday cage. The lesser electronics may or may not be damaged, depending on the severity of the event. All the Congress has done is to reinstall fear in the American people to not trust Russia, but to trust them because they are working on a solution. Just like the solution they are working on for homelessness, immigration, middle east affairs, Ukraine, border security and all the other stuff they are doing nothing to fix. But you can bet they are working on insider trading, not to fix it , but what trades they should be making to make a fortune.
