Got a quote last week for a 40x160 gable roof, little over $13.00/ft2 for materials. Getting close to $18/ft2 for materials and assembled. Concrete was a rough estimate at $10/ft2. By my estimates concrete and rebar should be under $5/ft2. So almost $5/ft2 for assembly and $5/ft2 for laying concrete, can save a lot of money doing it yourself
