Shut them up together. You may have to catch the cow in the head gate and tie one leg back so she can stand comfortably on 3 legs. Do that 3-4 days. If the calf nurses you'll probably be good. May have to encourage and manhandle at first. As soon as the calf starts passing the new cows milk in the stool they will probably be bonded.
