Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I agree with what you say but the new receiver did "try" to format the SSD. It will not try to format any other external drive that I've tried.
One of the links above gave detailed instructions as to how to go through the menu to "enable" a new HDD. I tried this but my menu seems to be different and doesn't include that menu item. I've called DISH several times and of course get a different foreigner each time. Their suggestions are not consistent. I think the one gal decided to ship me a new receiver just to get rid of me. |
