I agree, Holsteins basically feed the same every time. Crosses are unpredictable some tall some short some fat some skinny and too many end up looking like poor Holsteins for me to want to pay a premium for them.
Even if there is a 100 to 200 premium on the backside seems like you have to give it all away up front on purchase price anyway
